Compensation: $20.00 to $35.00 per hour, plus bonus

Horses Healing Hearts started in 2009, sparked by the incredible journey of Lizabeth Olszewski. Growing up with alcoholic parents, Liz’s life changed forever when a caring aunt took her in, providing the love and support she needed. Her experience with a horse, a mentor, and that emotional support became the heart of what we do today.

What We Do

Our Children’s’ Prevention Program is all about helping children who are dealing with the impact of parental addiction. Through supportive peer groups, powerful equine-assisted therapy, and a curriculum by SAMHSA & NACoA, (National Association for Children of Addiction), Horses Healing Hearts gives these kids hope, a sense of community, and the confidence to build a brighter, drug-free future.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data within our systems.

Duties
- Input data into computerized databases and Excel spreadsheets
- Perform data collection and verification tasks
- Utilize pivot tables to analyze and organize data effectively
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
- Assist in administrative tasks as needed

Requirements
- Proficient in basic math skills
- Strong knowledge of Excel and data entry techniques
- Familiarity with computerized systems for data entry
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately
- Excellent organizational skills to manage data effectively
