Horses Healing Hearts started in 2009, sparked by the incredible journey of Lizabeth Olszewski. Growing up with alcoholic parents, Liz’s life changed forever when a caring aunt took her in, providing the love and support she needed. Her experience with a horse, a mentor, and that emotional support became the heart of what we do today.                                                                                

What We Do

Our Children’s’ Prevention Program is all about helping children who are dealing with the impact of parental addiction. Through supportive peer groups, powerful equine-assisted therapy, and a curriculum by SAMHSA & NACoA, (National Association for Children of Addiction), Horses Healing Hearts gives these kids hope, a sense of community, and the confidence to build a brighter, drug-free future.we are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our team as a Entry Level Account Manager dedicated to our mission of serving customers. Our Entry Level Account Manager team’s objective is to strengthen our organization in marketing products and resources to underrepresented groups through state-funded programs. Partnering with telecommunication services and esteemed, we proudly bring vital resources directly to our customers. Seeing the positive impact firsthand, especially during these challenging times, we instantly qualify individuals for wireless services.

As An Entry Level Account Manager, You Will Be:

• Communicating and informing customers about the qualification process and wireless services provided by our clients
• Providing a welcoming and positive experience to customers while answering their questions and concerns regarding qualification requirements and wireless cell phone technical inquiries
• Networking and building relationships with fellow team members and organizations to create joint events where we can be marketing products and services
• Ensuring that all compliance is being followed per the strict state guidelines
• Qualifying customers for wireless phone services and ensuring they have all proper documentation
• Inputting confidential information from customers such as identification documents, contact, information, and state benefits documentation to verify eligibility for the free phone services.

Entry Level Account Manager Requirements: 

• No degree is required, willingness to learn and interact with people
• Experience in customer service, community service, sales, non-profit work, marketing products and services, or any related field
• A passion for helping others and making a difference in customers lives on the day-to-day
• The patience and empathy to listen and problem-solve towards customer needs and questions while marketing products and services
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous personal and professional growth
