Description

Responsibilities:

Assist lead hair stylists with various hair services, including washing, blow-drying, and prepping clients for styling and treatments.
Welcome clients, provide refreshments, and ensure they are comfortable throughout their visit.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work environment, including sanitation of tools and styling stations after each use.
Support in maintaining inventory, preparing supplies, and restocking products as needed.
Provide general support for hair stylists and collaborate with spa team members to enhance the guest experience.
Handle guest inquiries and offer information about the spa’s services, treatments, and available products.
Follow all safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe and luxurious experience for guests.

Qualifications:

Cosmetology school graduate or licensed cosmetologist, with some experience preferred.
Interest in hair styling with knowledge of basic techniques and haircare best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
Detail-oriented, with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and a high standard of service.
Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
