Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, skilled, and creative Hair Stylist to join our team at a Lake Austin Spa Resort. The ideal candidate is a passionate professional with a strong background in providing high-quality hair care services, an eye for the latest trends, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience. Working in a luxury resort spa setting, the Hair Stylist will perform a variety of hair services tailored to the unique needs of each guest.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a full range of hair services, which may include cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments, in line with client preferences and the resort’s high standards.
• Consult with guests to understand their haircare needs, make professional recommendations, and ensure satisfaction with the final results.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the beauty industry to bring innovative services to clients.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a comfortable, luxurious environment for each guest.
• Promote haircare products available at the resort, advising clients on at-home maintenance and best products for their hair type.
• Collaborate with other spa and resort team members to provide a seamless, world-class guest experience.
• Uphold all health and safety guidelines, ensuring the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene are met.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a professional Hair Stylist, preferably in a luxury setting.
• In-depth knowledge of hair cutting, styling, and coloring techniques.
• Valid cosmetology or hairdressing license as required by local regulations.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on providing outstanding guest service.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to the quality and luxury brand standards of the resort.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate resort guest schedules.
