Server Assistant (Food Runner/Busser/Barback) - SeaSpray Restaurant

Waterstone Resort & Marina, a Curio Collection by Hilton property, managed by Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Restaurant Server Assistant (Food Runner/Busser/Barback) to join our team! Our resort is on the Boca Inlet overlooking the Boca Bay.  Our outdoor restaurant, Sea Spray is a local & visitor favorite which has been reinvented with new food & cocktail menus. SHG is an organization whose success is rooted in its service culture. Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Carry dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen
• Wipe tabletops and chairs
• Set tables with silverware and glassware
• Take out garbage
• Change beverage syrups
• Run food from kitchen to restaurant as needed
• Complete side work duties
• Assist bar and wait staff as needed
• Perform various other duties as assigned

Education And Experience

• Minimum of High School education
• Minimum of one (1) year in a hotel/restaurant service role preferred
• Food Handler & Alcohol Awareness Certification preferred, or able to obtain

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests
• Team player
