Marketing Coordinator

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in implementing and supporting the marketing strategies for Sea Containers London and One Hundred Shoreditch. Working alongside the Marketing Managers and the wider team, you’ll create engaging content, coordinate promotional campaigns, and ensure our brand stories reach audiences in fresh, innovative ways.

This position requires a versatile, dynamic individual with strong copywriting skills, creative flair, excellent organisational ability, and experience or interest in London’s hospitality scene. 

Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaigns:

• Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print and social media.  

Content Development:

• Assist in the creation and briefing of compelling marketing content and collateral, including copywriting, graphics and multimedia elements.  

Digital Marketing:

• Assist in maintaining and updating the hotel websites and creating mailers. 

• Support with managing social media accounts

Collaboration with Partners:

• Collaborate and foster relationships with cross-functional teams

• Co-ordinate and track PR stays and visits

Events and Promotions:

• Support with the planning and briefing of events and seasonal promotions. 

Administration:

• Support with budget related admin and collating monthly marketing reports.

• Support with the organisation and upkeep of marketing folders and key team docs  

• Assist with project research and ordering
