As Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily kitchen operations, managing a talented brigade of chefs, and maintaining the highest culinary standards. You will design seasonal menus, inspire creativity in your team, and ensure that every dish reflects the elegance and energy of Sea Containers London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and inspire the kitchen team to produce top-quality, innovative dishes.

• Design and develop seasonal menus that reflect our brand ethos and appeal to a diverse clientele.

• Maintain excellent food quality, hygiene, and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

• Manage kitchen budgets, including food costs, inventory, and staff scheduling.

• Mentor and develop junior chefs, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

• Work closely with the restaurant management team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
