We are seeking a personable, motivated, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanour.

• Handle the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and dining options.

• Manage reservations, process payments, and maintain accurate records.

• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are ready for guests.

• Uphold the hotel's standards of excellence and contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Salary: £27,075 + service charge
