As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service and maintaining high standards for our guests. You’ll support the team, lead by example, and help create a welcoming atmosphere that makes every guest feel special.

• Supervise and support the team during service, ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience.

• Assist with staff training and development, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient communication and service.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation across the restaurant.

Salary: £12.94p/h + tronc
