Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Diplomatic Sales to lead our sales efforts in the luxury hospitality sector. This role is essential in driving revenue and enhancing our hotel's positioning within the diplomatic community and international organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership

  Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue and market presence, focusing on diplomatic clients and international organizations.

• Relationship Management

  Build and maintain strong relationships with key diplomatic entities, government officials, and international organizations to drive bookings and partnerships.

• Market Analysis

  Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning, ensuring our offerings meet the needs of diplomatic clients.

• Sales Performance

  Monitor and analyze sales metrics, providing regular reports and insights to hotel leadership, while adjusting strategies as necessary to meet revenue targets.

• Customer Service Excellence

  Ensure exceptional service standards are maintained, fostering a culture of excellence within the team that reflects our luxury brand values.

• Networking

  Represent the hotel at diplomatic functions, industry events, and trade shows, enhancing the hotel’s visibility and reputation.

• Team Oversight

    Lead the diplomatic sales division, providing guidance, mentorship  and support to achieve individual and team sales goals. Will oversee the Director of Diplomatic and International Sales

Qualifications

• Experience

  Minimum of 10 years in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the luxury hospitality sector or a related field.

• Skills

  Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in relationship building and customer service excellence.

• Education

  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• Language Proficiency

  Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus, reflecting the diverse clientele we serve.

• Adaptability

  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
