As a Bell Attendant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests feel welcomed and well-cared for from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Seamless Coordination: Maintain constant communication with the Front Office and Valet teams to ensure guests are promptly escorted and their luggage and personal items are efficiently transported to and from their rooms. Guest Comfort: Ensure guests are comfortable with their accommodations and well-informed about room features and offerings. Engaging Interactions: Utilize this highly visible role to engage in casual conversations, offering hotel or local recommendations to enhance the guest experience.

This position pays a base wage of $10/hr and receives tips. Open availability, including weekends and holidays is required for this role.

Requirements

A genuine desire to meet the needs of others in a fast-paced environment. Refined verbal communication skills. Guest Relations and/or Customer Service experience is a plus Must be at least 18 years of age. Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight. Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
