Description

The Security Offer is responsible for the oversight of the safety and security of the hotel guests and employees. The ideal candidate will follow safety and security standards and will have previous Security/Loss Prevention experience. This on-call position requires a commitment of a minimum of one shift worked per month.

What You’ll Do:

Maintain a safe and secure environment by adhering to our safety and security standards. Collaborate closely with your team to ensure seamless operations and quick response to incidents. Utilize your excellent communication skills to complete detailed incident reports. Stay active and alert, as this role requires standing for long periods and walking moderate distances.

What We’re Looking For:

A proactive individual with a keen eye for detail. Strong written and oral communication skills. A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. Previous experience in Security or Loss Prevention is a plus, but not required.

Requirements

Refined verbal and written communication skills
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
Previous security experience preferred
Proficient in basic computer skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances
Open availability is required including weekends and holidays
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including morning, afternoon, evening, weekend and holiday shifts
