As a Spa Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Agua Spa. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the spa areas, assisting guests, and supporting the therapists to provide an exceptional spa experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and changing rooms, are clean, organised, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Greet and assist guests, providing information about spa services and facilities.
• Prepare treatment rooms before and after each service, ensuring they meet the spa's high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Manage laundry and ensure an adequate supply of clean towels and linens.
• Support therapists by setting up treatment rooms and providing any necessary assistance during treatments.
• Monitor and maintain spa facilities, including sauna, steam rooms, and showers, ensuring they are in excellent working condition.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Spa Manager promptly.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of spa supplies.
• Uphold all health and safety regulations and ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

Salary: £24874 + service charge
