We are seeking a personable and proactive Bell & Door Team Member to join our dynamic front-of-house team. As a member of the Bell & Door team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and seamless service throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure, providing a positive first and last impression.

• Assist guests with luggage, ensuring careful handling and prompt delivery to rooms.

• Provide information about the hotel, its amenities, and local attractions.

• Coordinate with the front desk and concierge to ensure guests' needs are met.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the lobby and entrance areas.

• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Salary: £24,755 + Service Charge
