The Director of Corporate Sales, US works closely with the Director of Sales US and Vice President Global Sales to determine appropriate sales strategies for the relevant market segments to maximize revenue and market share across all US hotels. The position creates sales targets and networks business relations to Key Corporate clients, implements sales strategies and ensures the achievement of objectives of various sales channels in accordance with the company business strategy to guarantee the development and constant growth of US.

Ø Continuously develop and implement measures to keep existing business relationships revenue with the account in the Corporate Business Travel & Groups segment.
Ø Continuous acquisition of new Corporate key accounts and developing measures for successful implementation
Ø Develop strong one-to-one long-term relationships with key decision makers / influencers
Ø Build account/action plans that are forward looking
Ø Use knowledge of customer daily operations & challenges to identify opportunities to grow the account
Ø Manages relationships with major customers and prospects for the Corporate Business Travel and Group segments (serves as the primary point of contact for the customer)
Ø Ensures that activities are aligned with US properties strategy
Ø Achieving the US Corporate & Groups budget by maintaining a healthy pipeline, good contractual performance, and proactive thinking
Ø Manages relationship with a defined number of customers and prospects in Corporate & Groups segment
Ø Develop cross selling strategies
Ø Support and involvement of the on-property sales / area sales teams to achieve the sales targets per customer
Ø Work closely with on-property sales / area sales teams and revenue management

Ø Existing network of key accounts in the US with high potential for our hotel portfolio
Ø Strong knowledge in Business Travel & Corporate Group segments
Ø Strong executive presence and presentation skills to interact appropriately with all levels of the organization
Ø Self-starter mentality with an entrepreneurial spirit
Ø Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, additional languages a plus
Ø Result and ROI driven sales understanding
Ø PC/MS Office literate, excellent organizational and communication skills
Ø Familiar with all relevant sales systems
