Front Office Manager / Front Desk

We are looking for a Front Office Manager to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front office operations, overseeing staff, and ensuring that all guests receive a positive and memorable experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the front office staff and ensure that all duties are completed in a timely manner.
• Ensure that customer service standards are met.
• Ensure associates are compliant with brand standards.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information and transactions.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Train new staff members on front office procedures and policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
