JOB SUMMARY:

Conduct routine inspections of villas in the Rental Management Program, including owner arrival inspections and villa departure inspections.

Follows scheduling of inspections through management programs.

Complete an inspection for each villa on a regular basis noting condition of individual items as well as overall condition of the villa.

Inspect villas after scheduled contractor work to ensure work has been completed.

Upon the completion of Preventative Maintenance visits by engineering, inspect the Villa for any punch list items and quality of work.

Routinely inspect villas upon guest departure for any deficiencies or damages.

Inspect villas prior to Owner arrivals for quality assurance purposes.

Utilize work order system to log all inspections with notes and pictures.

Place work orders for deficiencies and assign them to respective departments to resolve.

Communicate with villa coordinators to report items needing attention to owners.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must be neat, clean, well-groomed, courteous and possess a pleasing personality. Must have a good rapport with people and have a genuine concern for the guest's and owner’s well being. Applicants must be able to speak distinctly in a pleasant manner. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Good inter-personal skills. Able to stay focused and calm while dealing with difficult situations. Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and communication skills. Must have attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills. Utilize software systems and management tools. Proficiency in company approved spread sheets and word processing is also required. Additional requirements include excellent written and oral communication skills and excellent organization skills.
