We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Pool Server to work by our pool. You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences. Pool Server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up restaurant tables with a strong focus on sanitation, organization, and order.
• Greet and attend to customers promptly upon arrival.
• Present menus, assist customers in selecting food and beverages, and provide recommendations as needed.
• Take customer orders accurately and serve food and drinks in a timely manner.
• Address customer inquiries, offer suggestions, and upsell complementary products when appropriate.
• Collaborate seamlessly with fellow servers, kitchen, and bar staff to ensure efficient service.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
• Process bills, accept payments, and handle cash or electronic transactions.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience in a restaurant serving or waitering role.
• Hands-on experience with cashier duties and processing payments.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and maintaining a sanitary work environment.
• Patience, a customer-oriented mindset, and a commitment to excellent service.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy in all aspects of the job.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
