Tailwater Lodge Altmar, Tapestry Collection by Hilton is currently seeking aLine Cook.

The Line Cook position is responsible for production, preparation and presentation of food in the Restaurant. They will work in a safe, sanitary work environment which conforms to all standards and regulations in a quality manner.

Responsibilities

• Follow established recipe guidelines and cook food to order in a timely manner
• Set up and maintain a station without supervision
• Clearly communicate any concerns or suggestions
• Willing to take feedback in a non-defensive manner
• Continuously demonstrates a willingness to learn
• Practice HACCP cleaning and food handling standards to maintain impeccable kitchen cleanliness
• Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a relevant position preferred
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and safety
• Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including, days, nights, weekends and holidays
