Tailwater Lodge, a Woodbine Hospitality Property, located on 35 acres with close to 2,000 feet of river frontage on the renowned Salmon River. The Lodges includes a craft beverage tasting room, breath-taking banquet facilities and well-appointed overnight accommodations. Tailwater Lodge Altmar, Tapestry Collection by Hilton is currently seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician.

Responsibilities:

Basic understanding of building components, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, landscaping, snow removal and plumbing a plus
Maintain a clean, organized and hazard free work area at all times
Ability to multitask between on-going projects and daily work orders
Follow all maintenance procedures and safety guidelines
Operation of outdoor equipment
Must be able to communicate effectively and accurately with guests and co-workers in order to complete daily work orders
Complete various preventive maintenance assignments
Works in conjunction with other departments as needed

Qualifications:

Must possess a positive attitude
Two Years of Maintenance experience
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
