Tailwater Lodge, a Woodbine Hospitality Property, located on 35 acres with close to 2,000 feet of river frontage on the renowned Salmon River. Tailwater Lodge is part of the Hilton Tapestry Collection and is two-time Hilton Connie Award winner for excellence in hospitality. The Lodges includes a craft beverage tasting room, breath-taking banquet facilities and well-appointed overnight accommodations. Tailwater Lodge Altmar, Tapestry Collection by Hilton is currently hiring Host/Hostess. Our Host/Hostess are fun, energetic professionals with the ability to exceed expectations using excellent service skills and a great smile!

Responsibilities:

Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival.
When immediate seating is limited, record guest names and number of people in party.
Call out name and number of party when tables become available.
Provide guests with estimated waiting time.
Accommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible.
Seat guest guests based on guest preferences and balancing of customer flow in service stations.
Assists bussers and servers in bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area.

Qualifications:

Open Availability for Dinner Service and Lunch/Dinner on the Weekends and Holidays
Excellent Communication Skills

***Hours for the Position are Monday through Friday 5pm-9pm and 1pm-9pm on Saturday and Sundays***
