Job Description

To ensure all equipment is available and clean at all times. To ensure kitchens or back halls are cleaned.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

Provide the highest quality guest interactions - be pleasant, friendly and polite to everyone
Responsible for the proper cleaning, rack and distribution of all china, glass and silverware
Maintain required standards of sanitation and cleanliness
Minimize breakage of circulating equipment
Follow service standards and best practices at all times
Demonstrate excellent teamwork with other departments and associates
Respond to guest requests
Must have valid drivers license

Qualifications

Physical Job Requirements (for essential functions only)

Able to stand for extended periods of time
Able to read and write English proficiently
Able to work in tight quarters with other people
Able to lift and carry 25 pounds routinely, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
Able to walk, sit, stand, squat and reach in the course of daily business
Able to work outdoors in extremely hot, dry, windy or rainy conditions
Able to work quickly in a high-pressure environment, keeping a calm and polite attitude
Must have clear vision
