SUMMARY

About the Role – F&B Outlets Greeter

A Greeter has many responsibilities, they are typically responsible for greeting guests as they arrive at the hotel/restaurant, providing directions for guests as needed and helping keep their work area clean and organized for a good dining experience.

Some of the responsibilities include:

Greet guests as they arrive Provide information on our current sales and promotions Schedule follow-up appointments or calls Help maintain a clean and welcoming environment Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phones Notify floor manager or security personnel about potential issues

Requirements

Service focused personality is essential Previous fine dining or luxury level service knowledge and training. Minimum 2 year previous work experience in a world-class luxury brand in a similar capacity. Must have a flexible schedule, be highly motivated and quality driven Excellent communication skills Constant walking & standing
