Description

Service Delivery:
- Perform facials, skincare treatments, and other esthetic services based on client needs and spa menu offerings.
- Offer expert skin consultations, analyzing clients’ skin types, conditions, and concerns.
- Recommend appropriate skincare products and treatment regimens to clients.
Customer Experience:
- Greet clients warmly and maintain a professional, friendly demeanor throughout their visit.
- Provide education on skincare routines and spa services to enhance client satisfaction.
- Address client concerns professionally and ensure they leave feeling rejuvenated and satisfied.
Hygiene and Safety:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, tools, and equipment.
- Adhere to spa protocols and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients.
- Follow all state and local regulations for skincare practices.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the latest trends, techniques, and products in skincare and esthetics.
- Upsell spa products and services that align with clients’ needs.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other spa staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Assist with promoting spa services and events.
- Support other spa operations as needed.

Qualifications:

Licensure: Must possess a current state license as an Esthetician.
Experience: Prior experience in a spa or similar setting preferred.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to customize treatments for individual clients.
- Time management skills to perform services efficiently.

Work Environment:

Work is performed in a serene spa environment with soft lighting and relaxing ambiance.
Requires standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of equipment or supplies.
