We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant General Manager to lead our talented team and elevate our dining experience to even greater heights.
Your Role:As the Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring seamless service and memorable experiences for our guests. From managing a large, dynamic team to driving revenue growth and maintaining operational excellence, you will play a vital role in upholding our brand values and delivering the wow factor.
What You'll Do:Lead and Inspire: Build, motivate, and develop a high-performing team that thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and attention to detail.
Guest Experience: Consistently exceed guest expectations by fostering a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere.
Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales, control costs, and boost profitability.
Brand Alignment: Ensure the restaurant reflects the distinctive style and ethos of Sea Containers.
Innovation: Stay ahead of trends to enhance our menu, service, and overall offering.
Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.
Passion for hospitality, food, and delivering extraordinary guest experiences.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful teams.
Commercial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to stay ahead of market trends.
Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
