As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a seamless check-in and check-out experience while delivering outstanding customer service. Your goal will be to make every guest feel welcomed, valued, and well taken care of from the moment they arrive.
What You’ll Do:Welcome & Check-In: Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience.
Guest Experience: Anticipate guest needs, handle requests, and provide personalised recommendations to enhance their stay.
Reservations & Payments: Manage bookings, process payments, and handle administrative tasks accurately.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve guest concerns quickly and efficiently, always ensuring a positive outcome.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel departments, including housekeeping and concierge, to ensure a flawless guest experience.
Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a luxury or lifestyle hotel.
A passion for hospitality and delivering top-tier guest experiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS) is a plus.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary: £27,075 p/a + service charge
