Located in a prominent position on Shoreditch High Street, One Hundred Shoreditch has 258 bedrooms, five restaurants and bars including a breakfast restaurant, a destination cocktail bar and a rooftop bar and terrace, offering panoramic views over East London.

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring our guest rooms and public spaces are immaculately clean and well-presented. You’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment that exceeds guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing amenities.

• Ensure public areas are tidy, clean, and inviting.

• Report maintenance issues or damaged items to the appropriate team members.

• Follow all health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.

• Respond to guest requests promptly and with a friendly attitude.

• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to meet daily operational goals.

Salary: 28,216.00 plus tronc
