Assist in coordinating all recreation events, rentals, tours for the Recreation Departments & Group Events.

o 45% Group Recreation Coordinator: events planning and producing

o 45% General Recreation Coordinator: Phone reservations, Pre/ day of booking reservations and pre calls

o 10% Administrative: expense reports, weekly meeting notes, scorecard updates, MOS tracking

o Responsible for recreation reservations for recreation events, tours and rentals

o Attend planning, site visits, conference calls and pre-conference meetings when requested

o Work with Director of Recreation on administrative tasks, budget & expense reports

o Effectively manage recreation cell phone and voicemail requests

o Communicate with Omni guests and public guests- pre calls for reservations

o Provides accurate and concise recreation information to inquiring guests

o Maintains reservation system payments and processing

o Input expense reports for the department

o Purchase, organize and distribute unforms and radio’s for the department

o Assist for purchases/ receiving process for the department

o Routine cleaning of group rec storage areas and equipment (organizing and keeping track of inventory)

o Maintain clear communication with essential departments via calendar invites for all confirmed group recreation contracts to all recreation leaders

o Tracking monthly department wide MOS’s to submit to Omni Service Center

o Assist with vendor bookings and payment processing

o Provides a recreation lobby presence on high occupancy weekends

o Cross utilizes in all areas of recreation when scheduled

o Liaison to the Concierge team for updates of information

o Private event bookings with guests and communicating

o Able to navigate multiple booking platforms to make reservations

o Necessary Skills/Competencies:

o Takes Initiative/Self Starter

o Confident Communicator (with clients & associates)

o Organized under high volume bookings

o Ability to work in a team

o Administrative Skills/Computer Efficiency

o Organizational skills
