The Regional Director, Project Management & Engineering, will provide overall above-property oversight of the hotels engineering and maintenance operations by providing advanced level expertise and support for four full-service, lifestyle and convention hotels and their associated parking garages, common/shared spaces, and grounds, as applicable. Across the hotel portfolio, this position will serve as an experienced leader ensuring the highest engineering and maintenance standards through effective project management, delivery of quality engineering, preventative maintenance operations, life-safety systems, and timely management of capital improvements and construction matters within budget guidelines and maximum safety standards. The Regional Director, Project Management & Engineering will also provide visible, ongoing leadership to the Hotel Directors of Engineering and their engineering teams.
