As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the high standards that make Sea Containers London a destination of choice. From overseeing daily operations to inspiring and supporting your team, you’ll be essential in creating an immaculate environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team to ensure all guest rooms and public areas are spotless and well-maintained.

• Conduct inspections to uphold our luxury standards and address any issues promptly.

• Assist in training and mentoring the housekeeping staff to excel in their roles.

• Manage schedules, inventory, and supplies to ensure seamless operations.

• Handle guest requests and feedback professionally, ensuring satisfaction.

Salary: £30,721 p/a + service charge
