Full-Time Overnight

About The Role

As an Overnight Loss Prevention Agent at Hotel Bennett, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and property during the overnight shift. You will be expected to monitor and patrol the premises, investigate any suspicious activity, and respond to emergencies as needed. Your attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure will be critical in this role. Ultimately, your efforts will help us maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all who visit our hotel.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a security or law enforcement role
• Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field
• Certification in CPR and First Aid
• Experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the hotel premises during the overnight shift
• Investigate any suspicious activity and report findings to management
• Respond to emergencies such as medical incidents, fires, and security breaches
• Maintain accurate records of all incidents and activities during the shift
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
