Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Revenue Optimization Specialist to join our corporate team. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth by analyzing data, forecasting demand, and optimizing pricing and inventory strategies across multiple hotel properties. The ideal candidate will collaborate with property teams to ensure competitive positioning and financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive pricing, and historical performance to optimize revenue.
Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies that maximize room revenue and occupancy.
Create accurate forecasts and demand projections to inform business decisions.
Collaborate with property teams to manage inventory, rates, and group blocks effectively.
Conduct regular performance reviews and recommend adjustments to strategies as needed.
Use revenue management systems (RMS) and other analytics tools to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on key performance metrics and market insights.
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to enhance revenue strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Proven experience in revenue management, pricing, or analytics within the hospitality industry.
Strong proficiency in revenue management systems (RMS) and property management systems (PMS).
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
