Position Overview
As the Regional Director of Operations (RDO), you’ll play a crucial role in driving success at multiple properties, mentoring General Managers, and ensuring seamless operations both on-site and remotely. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations and Ownership, you’ll align our hotels with HOS Management’s unique vision—combining operational excellence with a personal touch. Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop General Managers to optimize performance across all properties.
Foster a positive, values-driven company culture that sets us apart from others, creating meaningful connections between guests and staff.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, HR, Finance, Facilities, Marketing) to ensure consistent operations and brand alignment.
Operational Excellence:
Conduct property visits to assess operations, ensuring that our high standards are met across all locations.
Provide strategic guidance to properties that may be falling short of expectations, crafting actionable improvement plans.
Develop and implement policies and procedures that drive operational efficiency and uphold our reputation for excellence.
Financial Oversight:
Oversee P&L performance, including CapEx planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Identify opportunities to increase ADR and maximize occupancy rates while maintaining guest satisfaction.
Ensure that revenue management strategies align with HOS Management’s performance goals and long-term vision.
Guest and Owner Satisfaction:
Serve as a vital link between General Managers and ownership, fostering transparent and positive relationships built on trust and mutual goals.
Deliver regular performance updates to the Vice President of Operations and ownership, ensuring we exceed guest, associate, and ownership expectations.
Lead with a focus on delivering exceptional results and personalized service, creating memorable experiences for our guests and partners.

Qualifications
10+ years of hotel industry experience, with multi-property management preferred.
General Manager experience and Sales/Revenue Management expertise highly desirable.
Proven success in managing P&L and achieving financial objectives.
Strong leadership abilities, with experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing teams.
Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Adaptable, flexible, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable with remote work and frequent travel to properties within the region.
Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary: Competitive, based on experience.

This role requires a minimum 45-hour workweek and may exceed that during peak business periods. All candidates will undergo a background check prior to employment.

Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000
