Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Director of Sales & Revenue to join our corporate team. This leadership role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and revenue management initiatives across multiple hotel properties. The ideal candidate will work closely with property General Managers and Sales teams to maximize revenue, drive market share, and achieve overall financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and revenue management plans for multiple properties.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and historical data to optimize pricing and inventory.

  • Collaborate with property-level sales teams to identify business opportunities and implement sales strategies.

  • Lead efforts to achieve RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy targets for each hotel.

  • Provide leadership and training to property sales teams, ensuring consistent performance and alignment with company goals.

  • Establish and nurture relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other partners to drive group and transient business.

  • Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to senior leadership.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, revenue management, or related roles in the hospitality industry.

  • Proven success in multi-property sales or revenue management roles is strongly preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management systems (RMS) and property management systems (PMS).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to travel to hotel properties as needed.
