The Marketing Manager plays a critical role in crafting and sharing the stories of the Woodbine brands that fall within their remit. After quickly gaining a deep understanding of assigned brands, the Marketing Manager will lead best-in-class storytelling across all digital channels and physical touchpoints, plus develop and execute events, activations, and partnerships in unique ways that accelerate each brand’s awareness, affinity, and positive customer engagement. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, proactive, strategic, passionate about building brands and experiences, and exhibits a positive and curious nature. The Marketing Manager is accountable to – and works in lockstep with – the Senior Manager and reports directly to the VP, Marketing Communications.  This is a role designed for individuals who are early in their careers.  We expect applicants to have some relevant background and experience in marketing, communications, and/or a comparable field.

  • Maintain a publishing calendar and posting schedule that surfaces content during peak engagement times, trialing timeframes to ensure optimal performance
  • Hone brand voice through quality copywriting and be a guardian of brand guidelines
  • Respond to comments and direct messages across channels, monitoring all daily

  • Aid in concepting advertising assets and leverage paid media analytics to inform wider marketing and creative approaches for organic channels
