We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and ensure that each guest enjoys a flawless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop A Team

  Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of service professionals to maintain high standards of service.

• Guest Satisfaction

  Ensure an outstanding guest experience, address guest concerns, and resolve complaints with a positive attitude.

• Dining Room Oversight

  Manage dining room setup, cleanliness, and maintenance to uphold the restaurant’s high standards.

• Staff & Inventory Management

  Control staffing levels, monitor supplies, and oversee equipment usage to maintain efficient operations.

• Training & Communication

  Conduct daily pre-meal meetings, and ensure staff is trained and well-prepared for service.

• Foster Positive Atmosphere

  Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, and maintain a friendly, inviting atmosphere.

• Collaborate With Kitchen Team

  Maintain strong communication with the kitchen to ensure smooth service flow.

• Inventory & Billing

  Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering, and ensure accurate billing practices.

Qualifications

• Education

  High school diploma or GED required; a degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management is preferred.

• Experience

  2-3 years of experience in a high-volume or fine dining restaurant.

• Schedule Flexibility

  Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

• Skills

  Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. A keen eye for detail and a passion for guest service.
