Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, concierge, PBX, bell services, and valet to ensure seamless service.

Lead by example to inspire a team of Service Professionals, promoting team spirit, training, and development.

Drive operational efficiency while ensuring luxury standards are met, managing staffing levels, and achieving financial and guest satisfaction goals.

Handle guest concerns with professionalism and provide effective resolution as the Manager on Duty.

Participate in daily line-ups, leadership meetings, and maintain continuous communication with guests and departments.

Uphold Five-Star and Five Diamond standards, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.

What We’re Looking For

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in luxury hospitality, with a focus on leadership and guest service excellence.

Experience in a Five-Star or Five Diamond hotel environment preferred.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Microsoft Office proficiency: familiarity with Opera and Nuvola is a plus.

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
