Join Our Team as a Storeroom Attendant!

As a Storeroom Attendant, you’ll be at the heart of our supply chain, ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. The right candidate for this position will be organized, detail oriented, possess strong systems knowledge and feel comfortable interacting with hotel leaders and outside vendors on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Log, release, and meticulously inventory items in our storeroom, ensuring everything is accounted for and easily accessible.
Supply Coordination: Issue, deliver, and transfer supplies to various departments, keeping our operations well-stocked and efficient.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and conduct physical inventories to reconcile any discrepancies.
Safety & Organization: Keep the storeroom organized, clean, and safe, creating a welcoming environment for all team members.

What We’re Looking For:

Team Player & Independent Worker: Whether working collaboratively or independently, you thrive in both environments.
Physical Capability: You should be comfortable lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying moderate weights.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll interact with hotel leaders and outside vendors regularly.
Tech-Savvy: A solid understanding of inventory systems will help you excel in this role

Requirements

Previous hotel purchasing experience preferred.
Refined verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Must be able to lift a moderate to heavy weight.
