Job Overview

As a Spa Concierge Agent, you will be responsible for greeting guests at the Salon and Spa and assisting them with their requests and services. Your role is crucial in establishing exemplary guest service and ensuring a memorable experience for all visitors.

Essential Job Functions

• Represent Salamander Middleburg in a professional manner.
• Maintain complete knowledge of all resort features, services, and hours of operation.
• Stay informed about salon and spa services, scheduled daily group activities, and retail/professional products.
• Display a courteous, polite, and helpful demeanor at all times.
• Promote and up-sell all services to achieve spa revenue targets.
• Handle guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Strive to achieve daily targets through spa services and retail sales.
• Maintain supplies and ensure cleanliness of all spa areas, including locker rooms.
• Provide accurate daily schedules to service providers.
• Legibly complete requisitions for additional supplies/materials and submit them to the Spa Manager.
• Review the in-house guest list and familiarize yourself with guest names and locations.

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Guest services experience is required.
• Ability to promote the facility, spa products, and services effectively.
• Proficient in scheduling various services for individuals and large groups using spa reservations software.
• Strong focus on guest needs and providing excellent hospitality.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous in all situations.
