Are you a natural leader with a passion for hospitality? We are seeking a dedicated Bell Captain (Front Drive Supervisor) to oversee our Bell, Valet, and Transportation Services. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable arrival and departure experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily stand-ups and assign tasks.
- Monitor guest and group transportation.
- Manage group deliveries and bag pulls.
- Oversee fleet vehicle maintenance and cleanliness.
- Train and supervise Bell/Valet staff.
- Ensure the cleanliness of front drive and lobby areas.
- Operate vehicles (automatic and standard).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- 2+ years as a Bell Services Supervisor at a high-end resort/hotel preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Ability to work in various environments and lift up to 60 pounds.
