Our venue offers a sophisticated ambiance, delectable menu options, and the best of Virginia’s wines and signature cocktails.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor staff, ensuring Forbes standards and operational excellence.
Collaborate with the culinary team to achieve targeted results.
Model exceptional hospitality and guest experiences.
Hire, train, and develop a diverse workforce.
Manage scheduling, control labor costs, and impact P&L results.
Address guest feedback and implement corrective actions.
Attend weekly leadership meetings and manage end-of-month inventory.

Qualifications

Preferred: College Degree.
2+ years in restaurant management with career progression.
Proficient in restaurant POS systems and Microsoft Office.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
