Qualifications

Previous security experience in similar environment
Ability to handle emergencies (Fires, strikes, power outages)
Ability to handle staff safety and security issues
Previous fire training or equivalent experience
Advanced First Aid and CPR Certification required
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and MSDOS preferred
