We are looking for passionate and talented Banquet Cooks to join our team for the bustling holiday season (October through January). In this role, you will prepare high-quality dishes for banquets, events, and special occasions, ensuring each guest has a flawless dining experience. There is potential to join the team permanently after the season!

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook banquet menu items, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
Assist with setting up and breaking down kitchen stations for events.
Work alongside the Banquet Chef and Sous Chef to deliver exceptional culinary creations.
Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards for all banquet menu items.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas.
Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Collaborate with the kitchen and banquet teams to ensure smooth service for all events.
Flexibility to assist with other kitchen tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a banquet cook or in a high-volume kitchen environment.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Passion for food and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
