Job Duties:

• Greet guests as they enter the lobby area.
• Anticipate guest's needs and respond promptly.
• Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel features and services.
• Provide guest transportation, as needed.
• Provide luggage delivery and/or storage, as requested.
• Resolve guest conflict/challenges through empowerment.
• Practice safe driving techniques and obey all state and federal driving/safety laws.
• Communicate with Front Desk via radio.
• Perform and respond to all other requests from Hotel Management.

Job Requirements:

• High school graduate/GED.
• Must have 1-2 years customer service experience.
• Must have a valid Arizona drivers license and a clean driving record with Department of Motor Vehicles.
