KS Hotels acquired the Hampton Inn & Suites Mount Laurel / Moorestown located on 2020 Briggs Road Mount Laurel, NJ 08054.

Our gorgeous property has been open for just 6 years, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for our 101-guest room property, to include our complimentary daily breakfast buffet. We have a total of 2 meeting spaces: 2,200 Sq. feet conference room and 700 sq. feet of a traditional meeting room.

A sales driven individual with results and a passion for sales and customer service to lead our company philosophy. As our Sales Manager, you are a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, by maintaining and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities:

Must be able to greet all groups upon check-in. Daily solicitation of phone calls directly to new business and existing opportunities, to drive revenue focused opportunities of room sales. Site Tours & Schedule Appointments. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals. Market and promote our services to potential clients. Identify new business opportunities through solicitation management. Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to maximize profitability. Oversee account management to maintain strong relationships with clientele. Drive business development and expand sales volume. Utilize technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits. Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all touchpoints.

Experience:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a sales coordinator role. Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies accordingly. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Demonstrated expertise in Business development and Account management. Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
