Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience at the Front Desk Agent or as a Supervisor is required
• Hotel experience: 1 year (Required)

Responsibilities

• This person is responsible for the day to day operations of our Front Desk and is responsible for helping other departments as needed
• The FOM will make sure that initial training and all on going training is accomplished for all Front Desk Team Members
• Daily/weekly meetings with the Front Desk staff is a must
• The FOM will make sure that all Front Desk Agents are properly trained in all procedures and that all company policies are being followed
• The FOM will also perform any additional duties as assigned by the General Manager, Regional Manager or Ownership

The Hampton Inn in North Brunswick, NJ is interviewing for a Front Office Manager (FOM) for our hotel. This person is responsible for the day to day operations of our Front Desk and is responsible for helping other departments as needed. The FOM will make sure that all Front Desk Agents are properly trained in all procedures and that all company policies are being followed. The FOM will also perform any additional duties as assigned by the General Manager, Regional Manager or Ownership. Previous hotel experience at the Front Desk Agent or as a Supervisor is required.
