Pizza Cook

Pinetop Country Club in Pinetop, Arizona is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of a Pizza cook at a newly renovated clubhouse, brand new kitchen and dining facilities. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the club managed by Troon.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepares menu in accordance with club recipes, standards and quality in a timely manner. Notifies Chef of any shortages.
• Sets up, maintains and breaks down pizza station. Practices cleanliness throughout shift & cleans work station when finished.
• Know and execute recipe standards and specifications. Must operate in a safe manner at all times.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred. Obtain and maintain current food service certification.
• Basic knife skills to prep the station, basic pizza making skills
• Prior experience working in the kitchen of a fine dining facility at a fast paced environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. to waist height. Frequent bending, turning, kneeling and stooping.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods. Will be exposed to hot and cold temperatures.
