We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Foreman to lead our housekeeping team and actively participate in cleaning duties. In addition to supervising staff and inspecting room quality, this role includes maintaining an accurate inventory of linens and supplies, and preparing advance material requests to support smooth operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, hands-on, and motivated to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 year of hotel housekeeping experience required; prior supervisory experience is preferred.

• Experience with inventory management or stock tracking is a plus.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

• Must be physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, assign, and oversee the housekeeping staff to ensure efficient completion of daily cleaning tasks.

• Assist in cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces as needed.

• Inspect rooms cleaned by housekeepers and sign off on those meeting hotel standards.

• Monitor productivity and provide feedback, coaching, or retraining as needed.

• Manage inventory of linen, cleaning supplies, and guest room amenities.

• Maintain accurate records and prepare supply lists for timely ordering and restocking.

• Coordinate with front desk and management regarding room status and maintenance needs.

• Train new housekeeping team members and encourage high standards across the team.

• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure responsible use of cleaning chemicals.

• Maintain professionalism and a positive atmosphere in the workplace.

Estamos buscando un/a Encargado/a de Limpieza responsable y organizado/a para liderar nuestro equipo de limpieza, participar activamente en la limpieza diaria y garantizar el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad. Este rol también incluye la responsabilidad de mantener el inventario de sábanas, toallas y suministros, así como preparar listas de materiales por adelantado para garantizar el funcionamiento eficiente del departamento.

Requisitos

• Se requiere un mínimo de 5 año de experiencia en limpieza en hoteles; se prefiere experiencia en supervisión.

• Se valora experiencia previa en manejo de inventarios o control de stock.

• Atención al detalle y excelentes habilidades organizativas.

• Capacidad para levantar peso, agacharse y estar de pie por períodos prolongados.

• Buenas habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación.

• Disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana y feriados.

Responsabilidades Principales

• Supervisar, asignar tareas y coordinar al equipo de limpieza para asegurar la eficiencia diaria.

• Ayudar en la limpieza de habitaciones, baños y áreas comunes según sea necesario.

• Inspeccionar habitaciones limpias y aprobar aquellas que cumplan con los estándares del hotel.

• Evaluar la productividad del equipo y brindar retroalimentación o capacitación adicional.

• Administrar el inventario de sábanas, toallas, suministros de limpieza y amenidades.

• Mantener registros precisos y preparar listas de materiales para pedidos a tiempo.

• Coordinar con la recepción y gerencia sobre el estado de las habitaciones y necesidades de mantenimiento.

• Capacitar al personal nuevo y fomentar altos estándares dentro del equipo.

• Cumplir con protocolos de seguridad y uso responsable de productos químicos.

• Mantener una actitud profesional y un ambiente de trabajo positivo.
