We are seeking a motivated, service-oriented Assistant General Manager to support daily hotel operations and ensure our guests receive exceptional experiences. As the right hand to the General Manager, you will lead front-line departments, ensure brand standards are upheld, and contribute to both the financial and operational success of the hotel.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong people management skills, and is eager to play a key part in a high-performing hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel operations or a supervisory hospitality role.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a passion for customer service.

• Familiarity with hotel property management systems (HotelKey experience is a plus).

• Solid understanding of hotel revenue principles, budgeting, and financial processes.

• Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred to support our diverse guest base.

• Experience with resort or multi-departmental hotel operations is a plus.

• Hospitality Management degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily hotel operations, staff oversight, and departmental coordination.

• Step in and lead shifts when needed, ensuring smooth transitions and continuity of service.

• Serve as a visible and accessible point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.

• Assist in onboarding, training, and mentoring staff to maintain high performance and morale.

• Support department heads with scheduling, daily briefings, and performance evaluations.

• Lead by example during peak periods and emergencies, maintaining calm and consistency.

• Help oversee inventory control, procurement processes, tracking budgets, managing labor costs, rate management strategies, etc.
