Northview Hotel Group is an owner/operator of hotels and resorts that was formed to make opportunistic hotel investments in the U.S..  The company provides hotel management, asset management and construction management services for owners and co-investors.  Since forming in 2004, Northview has acquired over $700mm of lodging investments.

Northview is led by Mark Mance, Simon Hallgarten, David Zeuske, Matt Trevenen and Brent McLean.   The five partners have over 110 years of combined experience in all phases of the lodging industry, including investing, financing, deal structuring, due diligence analysis, operations, and construction management.
